1. About the Service

AstroLuna is an astrology platform that lets you create natal charts and receive AI-generated horoscopes and readings. The service is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in the Czech Republic.

Our AI-generated content is created for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It should not be taken as professional advice of any kind — whether medical, financial, legal, or psychological.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you need to create an account. You can sign up using Google OAuth or other available methods. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may only maintain one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Lumens (Digital Credits)

AstroLuna uses a digital credit system called Lumens. You purchase Lumens to unlock AI-generated readings and other premium features.

Lumens are digital goods with no monetary value outside of AstroLuna.
Lumens cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and processed securely via Stripe.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles this securely on our behalf.

Since Lumens are digital goods:

Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
Used credits (Lumens that have been spent on readings or other content) are non-refundable, as the digital service has already been delivered.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its API.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' experience.
Resell or redistribute AI-generated content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroLuna — including the design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is owned by AstroLuna or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated readings provided to you are for your personal use. You may share them casually (e.g., on social media), but you may not systematically resell or republish them.

7. Limitation of Liability

AstroLuna is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroLuna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on this content.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all your personal data and chart data will be permanently removed.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of AstroLuna after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence under EU law.
