• Birth date, time, and city — provided by you to generate natal charts.
• Chart data — the astrological charts and configurations we calculate from your birth information.

Payment Information

• Payment details (card number, billing info) are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We may receive limited information from Stripe such as the last four digits of your card and transaction status.

Technical Data

• We use essential localStorage for theme preferences and session management. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate natal charts and AI-powered horoscope readings.
• To process payments for Lumens (digital credits).
• To communicate with you about your account or service updates.
• To maintain and improve the service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data based on:

• Contract performance — processing your account, chart, and payment data is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — maintaining security, preventing abuse, and improving the service.
• Consent — where applicable, such as when you voluntarily provide optional information like your name or birth details.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain certain data (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

• Account and chart data is retained for as long as you maintain your account.
• Payment records may be retained for up to 10 years to comply with Czech tax and accounting regulations.
• When you delete your account, all personal data and chart data are permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

As a user, especially if you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data. You can also delete your account directly from your settings.
